The Taiwan Bio Industry Organization (Taiwan BIO) is a non-profit trade association founded in 1989 that represents and supports the biotechnology and life sciences industries in Taiwan. Its membership includes more than 100 organizations and 3,000 individuals from sectors such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical devices, agricultural biotech and nutraceuticals. Taiwan BIO advocates for industry-friendly policies, fosters collaboration between government, academia and industry, and promotes international exchange and cooperation—most notably by organizing the annual BIO Asia–Taiwan international conference and exhibition to connect investors, researchers and companies from around the world.

Founded in 1998, the association works to secure favourable framework conditions, attract talent and investment, and facilitate access to cutting-edge technologies and global partnerships for its members. It also creates platforms for networking, financing, job-matching and international collaboration, and helps promote the Swiss biotech ecosystem worldwide under the Swiss Biotech™ brand

FranceBiotech

France Biotech is an independent French non-profit association created in 1997 that brings together entrepreneurs and expert partners in the health technology and biotechnology sectors. The organization acts as a coordinator for the health innovation ecosystem and a key interlocutor with public authorities in France and Europe, advocating for improved legal, regulatory, fiscal and market conditions for innovative companies. Its mission is to support the growth of start-ups and SMEs in health innovation—helping them become internationally competitive and bring new solutions to patients—through collective action, working groups, policy proposals and networking initiatives.
